ForkliftCompare is a specification database and comparison tool for forklift trucks. It exists because comparing two forklifts properly means putting their published specifications side by side, and that was harder than it should have been.
What the site does
- A structured specification database. Every model with its published capacity, lift height, dimensions, power, weight and performance figures, each traceable to its source document.
- Side-by-side comparison. Up to four models in one table, with the differences that matter called out and the rest left alone.
- Cost calculators. Operating cost, a three-way comparison of electric, LPG and diesel, and total cost of ownership – all driven by your figures.
- Guides to the decisions that a specification table alone cannot settle.
What it does not do
We do not sell forklifts, take referral fees from dealers, or accept payment for placement in comparisons or listings. Nothing on the site is ranked or ordered in exchange for money. The site is supported by advertising, which is marked as advertising.
We also do not publish prices, invent missing specifications, or declare an overall winner in a comparison. Our methodology page sets out these rules in detail.
Accuracy
Specifications are transcribed from manufacturer documents and are shown with their source, but transcription errors are possible and manufacturers revise their documents. Always confirm any figure you are relying on with the manufacturer or dealer before purchase. If you spot an error, please report it.
